Qivive digitizes mandating agreements
In an effort to build an all-round relationship with its clients, the law firm Qivive relies on Bidgital's legal tech by using its digital process for signing mandate agreements.
This new technology, co-developed by Christophe Kühl, enables a fast, effortless, modern and paperless transmission and digital signing of offers and contracts, which is very well received by our clients due to the time savings and usability!
The advantage from the client's point of view: the annoying process of printing, signing, scanning and sending back of a contract is not required anymore. The client now receives a link to view, download and print the offer. To accept it, he only needs to click on the approval button and will then receive a stamped PDF version of the terms and conditions of the mandate, including a record of the approval process.
Bidgital meets all European General Data Protection Regulation and can also be used by companies to send offers or terms and conditions. Thanks to an API interface, it can be easily integrated into a merchandise management system or other existing IT systems.
