Christiane Lenz appointed DIS40 coordinator for the Rhein Ruhr region

Christiane Lenz joined Qivive’s litigation and arbitration team in 2020. Qivive is happy to announce that she was appointed DIS40 (the German Arbitration Institution’s initiative of young arbitration practitioners in Germany) regional coordinator of the Rhein/Ruhr region at the beginning of the year. Christiane and her DIS40 regional co-coordinator Konstantin Tschöpe will regularly organize events on arbitration related topics for young arbitration practitioners.

Last Thursday, the first DIS40 event organized by Christiane and her DIS40 regional co-coordinator Konstantin Tschöpe took place. Christiane and Konstantin organized a round of “arbitration taboo” which was very well-liked by all participants. The event ended with a lively networking session which made it clear that the new format was able to stop the growing weariness of online events. 

Nevertheless, a second round could also easily be organized as a face-to-face event. The new event format is very flexible and a return game is definitely not excluded.
