Dr. Priscilla Merabti is sworn in at the Lyon Bar Association

We are happy to share some excellent news: Dr. Priscilla Merabti was sworn in before the Lyon Bar Association on June 3, 2025. After eight years with our firm, during which she distinguished herself through her commitment and expertise, particularly in arbitration and litigation, she is now practicing as an avocate in the Dispute Resolution & Commercial group.

Priscilla embodies the reliability and dedication that set Qivive apart. With a double qualification in French and German law, a Master 2 in international business law and arbitration, as well as a doctorate in arbitration law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, she works in French law – in French, German and English.

These skills enable her to efficiently assist and represent a German-speaking clientele, particularly in matters involving cross-border issues.

Her new status as an avocate will undoubtedly further strengthen our support for clients, both in handling disputes – whether before French courts or arbitration tribunals – and in advisory matters covering all areas of French commercial and economic law.
