Fabian Neugebauer in the NZA
– Working time recording in France & Germany

He didn't want to praise himself, so we'll do it for him!
Our colleague Fabian Neugebauer's article in the current NZA (the Neue Zeitschrift für Arbeitsrecht from C.H. Beck publishing house) is being discussed in a very appreciative and positive way, so we say: Félicitations !
In April, Fabian presented the French regulations on working time recording and developed proposals for solutions for practitioners in Germany for the anniversary publication for Axel Braun’s 65th birthday.
The NZA mentions him as follows:
‘Neugebauer also thinks outside the box and asks whether exceptions to working time recording in France can be a model for Germany, which he affirms, although he recognises the ECJ's narrow interpretation of Art. 17 (1) of the Working Time Directive.’
We are very proud of you for this great achievement, chapeau !
