Our labour law team in Lyon is growing again
Madeleine Bénistan joined our French labour team in our new Lyon office at the end of August 2023.
Madeleine has been an avocate (French lawyer) since 2019 and admitted to the Barreau de Lyon in 2023. She worked for more than 4 years in an international commercial law firm before joining Qivive.
She holds a law degree from the University of Cologne and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a Master's degree in HR Management from the Université Paris Dauphine. Madeleine is trilingual (French, German and English) and advises French and German companies in particular in the areas of individual & collective labour law and international mobility.

Our labour law team is one of the largest in Franco-German law. We currently have almost 15 lawyers and avocat.e.s advising clients in all areas of French labour law, from the drafting of employment contracts to the secondment of employees and major restructuring projects.
