Our team expands in French corporate law and Legal Tech services
Qivive is growing! We would like to welcome our new lawyer in French corporate law, Anne Briswalter, who will also support her colleagues in implementing Legal Tech thanks to her experience in this field. The firm continues to expand: Anne is one of 4 new associates who will join our team in 2021.
As of the 1st of March 2021, Qivive has a new lawyer, Anne Briswalter, to strengthen the French corporate law team in Cologne. Anne is a registered the Barreau de Paris and has previously worked at Mazars Avocats in the areas of French corporate law / M&A. Besides, she also contributed to the development of technical solutions to increase the efficiency of legal services (Legal Tech).
Anne studied at the University of Strasbourg, the King's College in London and the University of Aix-Marseille. She completed her practical training at the law firms Rödl & Partner, PWC and Hengeler Müller. She is fluent in French, German and English.
Qivive is delighted to welcome Anne, who is a perfect fit for our team, both professionally and personally. The firm goes on growing: after the arrival of 4 new associates in 2020, at least 4 more associates will join our teams in Cologne, Paris and Lyon in 2021.
