"Outstanding" rating in Azur100 for Qivive!

It’s official now: Qivive has been rated as a top employer in the Azur100 ranking of the Juve Verlag publishing house! We are very pleased that our efforts have received such a clear confirmation by being awarded with the top rating (5 stars = "outstanding") in the categories "career and family" as well as "work-life balance", that we consider to be the most important ones, and the rating of 4 stars ("very good") in the category "associate satisfaction and internationality". As far as can be seen, Qivive was the only law firm ever to receive the rating "outstanding" in the area of work-life balance (details here), which makes us particularly proud. Furthermore, Qivive is listed as one of the 5 best employers in the Land North Rhine-Westphalia.

We are delighted with these awards which prove that we are on the right track. Our various measures to continuously enhance the work-life balance (home-office, no work mobile phone, no necessity of being reachable outside of business hours, part-time models, etc.) are particularly appreciated within the law firm. We are very pleased with these ratings and will continue to work on improvements to ensure that our employees are happy and satisfied all around.
