Qivive successfully defends liability claims before French Court of Cassation

Qivive successfully represented a German medium-sized company before the Cour de Cassation, France's highest court.

The court overturned an appeal ruling that had originally required our client to pay a multi-million euro sum. The case revolved around a contract for work and services performed in France and key legal issues concerning the applicable law, liability exclusions and subrogation following prior settlement of claims by the French client's insurance company.
