Qivive grows in the field of insolvency law
Matthias Louette, our new Franco-German lawyer in insolvency law, will join the Qivive office in Paris which is gradually growing.
Qivive was able to recruit Matthias Louette from 1st of October 2020 to expand the insolvency law team in in our office in Paris. The firm now counts 23 bilingual Rechtsanwälte and Avocats. The Parisian office has more than doubled in size in just a few months, with 4 professionals working there (Dr. Christine Beneke, Julie Spinola, Johanna Sahbatou and Matthias Louette).
Matthias Louette is registered at the Barreau de Paris. He holds an LL.M. in international business law and a master's degree in comparable business law. His studies led him to Nanterre and Potsdam, among other places. Matthias Louette is fluent in French, German and English.
He completed his lawyer training with Jones Day and Bremond & Associés in Paris as well as with Herbert Smith Freehills in Berlin. Matthias Louette's main activity focuses on French insolvency and commercial law.
