Qivive nominated for the azur Award 2021!

Qivive is delighted to have been nominated for the azur Award 2021 by Juve Verlag. This award yearly honors 4 employers for special commitment to encouraging young talents.
We are particularly pleased to have been nominated in the category of Innovation.
Excerpt from www.azur-online.de/awards/ : "The azur Award in Innovation honors inventive law employers. The innovation can relate to law students, trainees, applicants or young professionals, but also to more experienced associates. The focus is on law firms and legal departments that are trying out new ideas for promising topics such as Legal Tech, diversity, pro bono, work-life balance, working hours, remuneration or training."
We are curious to find out about the reasons the azur editors nominated Qivive: the working hours? The so-called Widerfeierabend (every lawyer has to leave the office at 17h once a week)? No obligation to use duty cell phones? The 6-day month (employees only have to be physically present in the office 6 days a month)? The high percentage of women, regardless the position? The varied part-time models? The possibility to take a sabbatical year, also for young colleagues? Or being able to work from another city for a year (without having to pick the city of a branch office of the law firm)? We don’t know yet and are pleased to be surprised soon...
Besides Qivive, other renowned law firms have been nominated:
- Baker & McKenzie
- Gleiss Lutz
- Mayer Brown
- McDermott Will & Emery
- Qivive
Bonne chance to all nominees - que le meilleur gagne !
