Qivive is pleased to welcome a new specialist in Labour Law for the Paris office

With Julie Spinola, Qivive continues to expand its labour law department in Paris and hence provide further proximity for their clients’ French subsidiaries.

On 1 June 2020, Qivive was honoured to welcome Julie Spinola for the expansion of the labour law department at the Paris office. Julie previously worked at the law firm Soffal, where she has been working as an Avocate au Barreau de Paris in French labour law since 2012, thus enabling her to benefit from a remarkable expertise in the  field of French collective and individual labour law. Julie Spinola has a double degree in French and German law, is trilingual and is the first of our colleagues to have three nationalities (French, German and Portuguese).

Our short-term goal is to make the most important areas of legal advice (labour law, contract law, corporate law and litigation) available to our clients directly from our Paris office with the aim of providing legal support to our clients’ French subsidiaries even more quickly and easily. The arrival of Julie Spinola is therefore of considerable strategic importance for us, given the fact that the demand for consulting services, particularly in French employment law, is particularly high.”
