Another successful M&A deal done!

We are very pleased that we were privileged to support the Sphering Group in the acquisition of shares in the eka Group. The eka Group is active in the field of stainless-steel chimney and flue systems and thus complements the portfolio of our client on the German market.

We performed a legal due diligence, drafted and negotiated the SPA, represented our client before the German notary, managed the closing and drafted various additional documents (mandate contract, consulting contract).

We are extraordinarily happy with the effective and constructive cooperation with our partners from MNT and Active M&A.

The legal part of the transaction was led by Dr. Christophe Kühl, who was supported by Johanna Sahbatou, Jan Westhues, Fabian Neugebauer, Dr. Christine Beneke, Jeanne Faymonville and Gordian Deger within the preparation of the legal due diligence as well as the SPA.
