Qivive supports WYZ in its acquisition of UIM
Qivive Avocats & Rechtsanwälte is pleased to announce that we have successfully supported the WYZ Group in the acquisition of the German company UIM - Universal Interface Management.
This strategic acquisition enables the WYZ Group to expand its portfolio of interface management solutions and strengthen its position in the German IT market.
Alongside the French law firm Vauban, represented by its partner Grégory Lefebvre and his associate Juliette Gioria, we managed the drafting of the contracts (SPA, transfer of IP rights) and legal deeds (change of managers, etc.) and represented our client in the signing before the German notary (Me Buschbaum, Cologne). Our expertise in mergers and acquisitions ensured that this cross-border transaction (M&A, corporate, IP) went smoothly.
The acquisition of UIM, a major player in the field of interface management in Germany, marks a new strategic milestone for the WYZ Group, which will be able to strengthen its market presence and broaden its product offering.
