New support in German corporate law and M&A
Marie-Theres Ahrens is admitted to the German Bar and has joined our German corporate and M&A team already in May 2023 in our Cologne office.
She studied law in Bielefeld, Cologne and Paris and holds an LL.M. in German and French business law from the University of Cologne and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Before joining the firm as a lawyer, Marie-Theres already completed two stages of her legal traineeship with us in Cologne and Paris. She is fluent in German, French and English.
