One more PhD within the law firm
As of this week, it is official: Priscilla Merabti is a Doctor of Law, and her thesis was awarded the distinction "magna cum laude".
She successfully defended her dissertation, which deals with the concept of arbitral award and gives an analysis of French as well as Swiss and English law, at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne on 4th July 2022.
Priscilla joined Qivive in 2017 and specialises in Franco-German litigation, in particular arbitration. She started as an intern at the firm and subsequently worked as a PhD candidate and legal expert for five years, first in the Cologne and Paris offices, and currently in our Lyon office.
We are delighted to have not one, but two PhDs in our arbitration team.
