Qivive is now into x-invoices

Due to the continuous modernisation of our internal organisational structure and IT, we are now able to establish so-called x-invoices (a special from of electronic invoice).
This format has become necessary for invoices that exceed the amount of € 1,000 and are issued to indirect and direct federal authorities, e.g. the Federal Employment Office (“Bundesanstalt für Arbeit”), the Federal Printing Office (“Bundesdruckerei”) or also some health insurance companies. Since November 2020, these invoices must be transmitted in digital form according to the E-Government Act.
These x-invoices are XML files that cannot be created manually and must be generated by the invoicing party through a specific software and then transmitted via an approved administration portal (for example ZRE or OZG-RE).
Since Qivive advises numerous federal authorities on issues of French law, the conversion had become necessary and has been implemented by the law firm on February 1st 2022.
