Qivive’s office in Lyon office expands in labour law

Our Lyon office is pleased to welcome a new colleague in French employment law. Marie Marchi, who was previously working for Aguera Avocats, a well-established firm in labour law practice, has joined Qivive. The law firm hereby enlarges its advisory services in Lyon and continues to grow. In 2021, the firm increased by a total of 4 professionals.

Marie is admitted as an Avocate (French lawyer) in Lyon. She holds two master's degrees in business law (Paris and Düsseldorf). She completed her practical training in various law firms and companies in Germany and France (including CMS Francis Lefebvre, Aguera Avocats, Danckelmann and Kerst, Henseler and Partner and Linde France).  She speaks fluently French, German and English.

Marie provides advice to German-speaking companies on all aspects of French individual and collective labor law and has an advisory focus on social security law. She also represents our clients in front of all French labor courts.

We are all very pleased that Marie is joining our Lyon office. Marie perfectly fits the Qivive mentality and is a real asset for our Lyon office and for the entire firm.
