Our Paris office welcomes a new legal expert in labour law

We are pleased to welcome Mélanie Lidolff, who is joining our Paris office as a legal expert in labour law.

After completing a one-year apprenticeship at Qivive, Mélanie was recruited in November 2024 to strengthen our department dedicated to individual and collective labour law.

With a dual degree in French-German law and a Master's degree in business law from the University of Paris-Nanterre, Mélanie mainly assists German companies in managing their relations with their employees in France.

Mélanie is also enrolled at the Versailles Bar School and will soon be swapping her role as a legal expert for that of a lawyer – still with the same rigour, but this time with a tailor-made lawyer’s robe!

It's great that you stayed with us straight after your apprenticeship, dear Mélanie! Another "home-grown talent" from our ranks, which we are very proud of.
 

Our labour law team is one of the largest in Franco-German law. We currently have more than 10 lawyers and avocat.e.s advising clients in all areas of French and German labour law, from the drafting of employment contracts to the secondment of employees and major restructuring projects.
