As the daughter of the director of an international company, I have been interested in international business management ever since I was a child. At the crossroads of law and economics, I decided very early on in my studies to specialise in corporate law. I developed a real enthusiasm for this subject during my five years working at the Institute of German and European Corporate Law in Heidelberg, Germany.
In order to be able to continue working in this field after I moved to Paris (for personal reasons), I studied French corporate law at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and have been advising clients in both legal systems ever since.

- 1985 - 1991 Studied German law at Universität Heidelberg
- 1991 - 1994 Professional training in German corporate law in Mannheim (law firm Schilling, Zutt und Anschütz) and in Franco-German procedural law in Paris (Hertslet, Wolfer, Bissinger & Heintz; Thieffry et Associés)
- 1999 DEA (postgraduate diploma) in French business law at Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and admitted as a Rechtsanwältin (German attorney)
