As a “half-and-half”, I grew up in a German household in France and joined Qivive (then Epp & Kühl) in 2014 after my first experiences in Paris in the German-French field. Registered as an Avocat à la Cour with the Paris Bar Association and also registered as a European lawyer in Cologne, I provide consulting services in individual and collective labour law, including restructuring. I represent German and English companies and their subsidiaries before the French Labour Court, the Court of Appeal and the Tribunal de Grande Instance in France. I am also involved in training for managers and HR staff and hold a number of seminars and webinars each year on current topics in French labour law.
