I grew up in Germany and France and so I decided to take a German-French course of study. It is a pleasure for me to be able to maintain both cultures in my professional life as well.

- 2006 - 2010 Studied German and French law at Universität zu Köln and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne
- 2010 - 2011 Master 2 in diplomacy and strategic negotiations at Université Paris-Sud 11
- 2012 Joined law firm Qivive (then Epp & Kühl)
- 2016 - 2017 Training in mediation / conflict management at the Zentrum für die Ausbildung in Mediation (ZAM) of INeKO – Institut der Universität zu Köln
Activity
- Support in the foundation, restructuring and sale or acquisition of companies in Germany and France
- Preparation of corporate documentation for German and French partnerships and corporations, especially incorporation, restructuring, approval of annual financial statements as well as management contracts and other questions of current corporate law
- Advice on French environmental law (notably on ICPE issues)
- Mediation in conflicts of all types involving companies and private individuals both nationally and internationally
